接受托运人或其代理人送交的已经审核确认的托运书及报送单证和收货凭证。将收货记录与收货凭证核对，制作操作交接单，填上所收到的各种报关单证份数，给每份交接单配一份总运单或分运单。将制作好的交接单、配好的总运单或分运单、报关单证移交制单。

七、填制货运单

　　航空货运单包括总运单和分运单，填制航空货运单的主要依据是发货提供的国际货物委托书，委托书上的各项内容都应体现在货运单项式上，一般用英文填写。

八、接受货物

　　接收货物，是指航空货运代理公司把即将发运的货物从发货人手中接过来并运送到自己的仓库。
接收货物一般与接单同时进行。对于通过空运或铁路从内地运往出境地的出口货物，货运代理按照发货提供的运单号、航班号及接货地点日期，代其提取货物。如货物已在始发地办理了出口海关手续，发货人应同时提供始发地海关的关封。 　　接货时应对货物进行过磅和丈量，并根据发票、装箱或送货单清点货物，和对货物的数量、品名、合同号或唛头等是否与货运单上所列一致。

九、标记和标签

　　标记：包括托运人、收货人的姓名、地址、联系电话、传真；合同号等；操作（运输）注意事项；单件超过150公斤的货物。 　　标签：航空公司标签上三位阿拉伯数字代表所承运航空公司的代号，后八位数字是总运单号码。分标签是代理公司对出具分标签的标识，分标签上应有分运单号码和货物到达城市或机场的三字代码。 　　一件货物贴一张航空公司标签，有分运单的货物，再贴一张分标签。
